To request a return authorization or exchange an item, head over to our confirmation Email to start the return process. If you need help or have any questions about your return, please email us at support@wearwellow.com with your order number (if you don't know your order number, you can also use an email address). We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions and a shipping label.*Returns must be requested within 1 year after the date of your order.Refunds will only be processed for orders less than 180 days old. After this period, only a replacement or store credit is available.All returns require proof of purchase, including purchase date.Products shipped without a return authorization or not according to shipping instructions will not be accepted for refund or exchange.Please allow up to 3 weeks from the date that you return your socks. Refunds are processed within 2-3 weeks of receipt at our warehouse
