If you need help or have any questions about your return, please email us at support@wearwellow.com with your order number (if you don't know your order number, you can also use an email address). We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions and a shipping label.*Returns must be requested within 1 year after the date of your order.Refunds will only be processed for orders less than 180 days old. After this period, only a replacement or store credit is available.All returns require proof of purchase, including purchase date.Products shipped without a return authorization or not according to shipping instructions will not be accepted for refund or exchange.Please allow up to 3 weeks from the date that you return your socks.
